COVID-19 Information

This page has been created to gather together all updates and information about the extra precautions and restrictions Shepparton Villages has put into place to further protect our residents from COVID-19.

We anticipate this page to be updated regularly as new information and advice comes to hand, so please be sure to check back often. 

Visitors

Shepparton Villages welcomes visitors into our residential homes, however we ask that you abide by the following to ensure our residents and staff remain safe.

  • Visitors must wear a supplied mask at all times while attending our homes.
  • All visitors will continue to be screened on arrival and must log in to the Zipline electronic screening tool before entering, and log out on departure.
  • Visitors must adhere to the density quotients in gathering areas, including private rooms.
  • Dining rooms remain strictly for the use of residents only.

We ask all visitors to please practice good hand hygiene and follow social distancing rules. Please know that if these directives change at any time, and we receive advice from the Department of Health we will inform you and act accordingly.
