In accordance with the easing of restrictions for Regional Victoria that come in to effect at 11.59pm on 9 August 2021, please note the following visitor restrictions for Residential Aged Care homes.
Visitors are permitted into residential care homes only on the following basis as of 11.59pm on 9 August 2021:
Please be advised, ONLY two people can visit per day (unless in end of life circumstances), divided in to two single visitors a day or one visit of two people. There is no restriction on time spent visiting.
We ask that bookings be made via Zipline.
Those unable to access Zipline can call the following numbers between 10 am and 4pm to make a booking, noting visiting hours are from 9am to 7pm daily. Where possible, please avoid visiting during mealtimes as visitors are not permitted in the dining areas.
We respectfully ask you to organise visits with your family to avoid disappointment as our booking process will only allow 2 people per day.
If you believe you meet the criteria, you can call to book between 10am and 4pm:
Please note, residents can leave the residential care homes but must adhere to the same restrictions that apply to all Victorians once they leave the Shepparton Villages grounds.
We apologise for the constantly changing directives, however they are out of our hands. If the advice changes, we will advise you as soon as possible.
All other general inquiries can be made directly with the Care Manager at your facility.
Thank you for your patience.
