15 New Units at Tarcoola Village
Stage 1 - Independent Living Units
In meeting the changing expectations of our residents we are now in the process of demolishing the old original living units in a staged plan.
The first 15 units are now underway and will be two bedroom homes with study, environmentally friendly, with modern facilities and architecturally designed.

Each unit conforms to the six star rated energy requirements of the new Victorian building code. This is in line with our energy saving and ecological strategy.
A total of 60 Independent Living Units will progressively be built in a landscaped setting making Tarcoola Village a show piece for Aged Care Design.
